• Reference genome (can be replace by de novo assembly)

• List of detected/putative motifs from SMRT Portal/Link Base Modification Analysis (*.csv) or nanodisco characterize (*.tsv)

ONT analysis

• Current differences dataset from nanodisco difference (*.RDS)

• Reference genome (can be replace by de novo assembly with proper polishing)

• List of detected/putative motifs from nanodisco characterize (*.tsv) or SMRT Portal/Link Base Modification Analysis (*.csv)
